Default 13.1 run in a Vert

Well i went out to the track today and ran my best time of 13.1 in a vert. Had a little trouble in the begining because i was running brand new DR'S and they wre hook'n up hard and i kept red lighting, but i got 3 good passes at 13.1 so on to the next mod to shave 2 more tenths so i can say i am the first 12 second vert.

Man that is a hellava run, the tune really did help. I can't wait to see a 12 second vert without a rollcage....lol

Joe, so your car is not only beautiful, but it's QUICK too! Congrats. What size/type DR's are you running?

Congrats Joe but I thought you would also mention you beat my GT as well. haha. I ran my best ever time of 13.4 and it was against you. My only performance mod is the Granatelli CAI (NO TUNE). So I'm happy with my car right now.

Thanks guys i am gettinn itchy to get into the 12's but i don't want to install a rollbar yet.
28hopup i just bought the Mickey Thompson ET Street drag radials and put them on the stock 16" wheel, they are 255/50/R16 and they are a very stickey tire, I heard noises on launch i haven't heard before so i am reluctant to keep pushing until i decide how far to go. But so far i think i have the fastest 4.0 vert out there.
chrisc when i had it on the dyno it actually prduced 12.7 psi. The car is becoming a monster and i am having way to much fun with it. Oh and wingman I am one not to brag about who i beat to me it is mostly the time i am looking at. And any way that GT is fast with just a cold air kit and i only took you by 2 tenths. You tune that car and you'll be running 12's with out a problem.
