I live in suburbia so no random roads to no-where here. I used to take my car for a spin on the GA400 on late nights, but then Sandy Springs got incorporated and started enforcing the 55 limit at midnight of all times... FYI the 400 between exits 2 and 6 (S.Springs Area) is either 65 or 55. From 2 to 4 it is 3 lanes each way, from 4 to 6 and beyond it is 4 lanes each way. Obviously, they have no buisness enforcing the ridiculously low limit on a closed-access highway, and they're doing it for cash. Stupid pigs. Anyway, I'll still get some fun if I go south of the Toll Plaza between exits 3 and 2. (I got a cruise-card so no stopping for quarters for me!!) Tonight I was doing 90~ at around 11:00 P.M., windows down and music loud, while there was still light traffic. It was pretty fun. Also, driving is good heading into Atlanta where the 400 runs into I85 because Atlanta cops don't care about speeding. They only care about DUI.

I live in the country.
LOTS of winding, twisting, turning, hilly terrain.
Usually with a 40'+ dropoff into some river or ravine.
There's a wide variety of speed limits, from 50 to 15 around here.
Funny, first thing I noticed when we moved up here, NOBODY goes the speed limit. Or even close!
Once I was clocking 75 on a back road and got blasted by a decked out C5.
Didn't mind it was a nice fire-engine red with quad pipes out the back and sounded MEAN, not like the sissy stock exhaust.
Even the Subarus and pickups around here MOVE.
If you are going less than 60, be prepared to be passed.
Drivers are for the most part, extra courteous up here, they signal and wave you through an intersection, or let you turn in front of them.
I've even had 2 drivers PULL OVER to let me pass on the windy back roads!!
Something nice about blasting up a mountainside, windows down, duals blasting, the sound echoing off the rocks....
Ahhhh, America.
Ponycar heaven,

It's incredible in the fall.. Nothing but you and sweet exhaust tones through the hills.. Almost makes me wish I had a vert.. almost.

I live in the country, I love to take it out on the windy roads around my house with the windows down. Especially at night, just have to watch out more for critters. I absolutely love it.
