Based on my past poor experience with the dealer where I purchased my Mustang I will not be taking it there EVER for service. A buddy of mine and also my dad told me I can take it to the local Mercury / Lincoln dealer for any warranty or scheduled maintainence work and they will do an excellent job. I just wonder if anyone has any experience taking their FORD Mustang to a Mercury / Lincoln dealer for service and how was their level of knowledge of the vehicle and how did they treat you as acustomer?

i haven't but my manager at work takes his 06 gt to a lincoln dealer here in florida and they are so much better then ford dealerships.i haven't had much go wrong yet but when i do,thats where i'm taking it to.
