I floated 2 valves and wiped out the cam on the drivers side. I over revved it doing a burnout and the rev limiter was set to high. I got a really good deal having the head rebuilt so i kept them stock. But since i lowered the rev limiter and changed the pulley to a 12 lb (from 9 lb) i have had no problem on the stock block and heads.

I'd imagine a turbo is less reliable and more difficult to maintain than a supercharger? Plus there is the throtle lag issue, no?

There is no throttle lag with this kit, it was designed for the 4.0 from the ground up. Taps the oil pan so it maintains when you get your usual oil change. I have had no issues with it for over a year now.
