my friends mom had a problem like that....she had to take it out of her own insurance and "porque" (becuase) the guy wasmehicano, the cops didnt say anything to him.

I had an accident where a person ran a red light, NO insurance, No drivers license, no license plates, NO HABLA ENGLES. rear ended me! had 4 people in the car, 3 of them disappeared before the police arrive. MY INSURANCE had to foo the bill for my car. OH YEA, the guy who hit me, also had false address on his CA ID.....sad!
