the borla axleback and the ford racing axleback are essentially the same. Borla makes the Ford Racing axleback...the only difference is that the Ford Racing axleback is cheaper. I have the Frd Rcing and I personally love it. I haven't heard the bassani in person so I cant really give you any input on that. best of luck!

Have you considered the MRT Aero-Turbine Axle-Back(s) . They are pretty loud and the best performance (dyno-proven)

Honestly, I don't pay attention to my MPG, but I would say probably a little increase, but not an entirely lot. Any of those exhausts are going to have drone due to them being nearly straight through. The best solution is to just offset resonators if you are doing duals or 1 resonator if you are going single. I'm sure John (scrming) will chime in.

I have the Borla and I think it sounds great, very deep tones throughout the rpm spectrum, no tinking, clanking or tin can sounds, very smooth and deep.....exactly what I wanted. I took this video around only after it was running for about 15 mins. After the 50mi. I drove it today it already sounds better IMO.

I am not too sure about the same price. I think the borla is a little bit more expensive than the ford racing if I remember correctly...

But you're right, they are the same thing. Borla makes the Ford Racing.

For the loudest the MRT and Pypes are the loudest. Bassani and Borla (ford racing) have a mellow tone I compare it there with the Flowmaster but still more mellow that the flow. All three are pretty expensive thou!
I have the MRT max thunder and it IMO doesn't sound ricy at midrange http://s119.photobucket.com/albums/o...14-07_1911.flv
give that sound a try!
