I'm not so sure you'll understand this or even want to but:
$!9997
-7500
______
$12497
$7500 = $312.50 a month for two years.

When your lease expires you will be able to buy any two year old V6 Mustang for $13000.
If you buy it for$13000. (because youLOVE it) it will cost you $251.33 a month forFIVE
years at 6%. THAT MEANS YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THAT CAR (because you
LOVE it) FOR SEVEN FREAKINGYEARS ???

Why is everyone killing this guy for leasing. You can save tons of money up front on a lease. Most of the time you can get the car cheaper that if you bought it the first time. Besides who is going to pay thier car off and not have a car payment after they pay the current one off? The dealership and manufacture set it up so we have to have a constangt car payment. Its the way it works..... Do you know what kind of mods he can put on his car with the money he is saving on the payments. My car would have been $288 lease monthly Vs. $396 buyingplus tax. YesI bought it but if I were younger or not better off money wise I would have leased it.

I know he isn't as cool caused he leased and we aren't as cool cause we own V6's....wtf!

There are alot of great reasons to lease. His being income over the next two years. He's happy with the car. Chances of mods will be questionable based on turning it in and his statement of not having extra income. I'm just trying to state enjoy the car and turn it in at the end of the lease. You will not save anything on the purchase of your lease and Ford has Loyalty programs. You may get a better deal on a new lease.Lastly, not everyone has to have a car payment. Everyone does have to pay TAXES.
You are in control....

I don't either but I will say it's not worth modding a leased car. You may actually get dinged for it since mods do nothing to help the resale value of a car..... If you lease a car, keep it stock. Why dump more money into an already money losing venture?
