Also... if you have a 2007 Pony Package, it would be very rare that you don't have TCS.

These cars come with an open differential from the factory. If you have an LSD.. it was added after teh car was delivered to the dealer, or someone else put it on.

If that's the case.. your lucky!

I understand LS, When I dump the clutch both tires are grabbing. Two black marks 10' long. I guess that answered my question.. I do have a LS and just thought it was standard and people were swapping because the other brands of t locks are better. BTW I don't have the traction control system..

I had a loaner that had the TCS (evident by button on the dash to turn it off). Mine doesn't have it. And yes I can leave 2wheel burnouts at will. Any way I am happy .. My build sheet doesn't mention the gear ratio, TCS or LS. I am going to climb under and look at the tag. BTW I bought it with 6 miles on it.

your build sheet doesn't mention the gear ratio or lsd because there are NO options when it comes to your axle. You get 3.31:1 final drive with an open diff. PERIOD. It is possible to do a two wheel peel in certain situations even with an open diff, but power will not be equal to both wheels. It may be possible that someone had an lsd installed in the car but since you bought it with only six miles on it, it is very unlikely.

I agree it is unlikely it wasn't changed. And the axle code is for an open diff. anyway that will be a mod in the next 6 months or so..

if it leaves 2 marks you either are just getting luck or the previous owner did something, ford used the 7.5 rear in the 6ers to save money and weight, the 7.5 tlok was designed for a 120 HP bronco2/ranger and ford didnt want to deal with warrenty issues (yes flame, yell, bitch, **** and moan all everyone wants) you will need to either buy a ffrp tlok from ford, orsomething like a detroit true trac

your rear dif would say something like 3 31 75

GTs should say something like 3 31 88 LS

gear ratio, diff size, and LS being limited slip

jack up the rear end of the car and put the car in neutral, and spin a tire, if the other tire spins in the same direction its limited slip, if it spins the opposite direction it is open diff
