you are in a bit over your head....do some reading on turbo's/superchargers. I think you are under the misconception that a turbo pressurizes and forces exhaust gasses back into the combustion chamber.... it doesn't. A turbo uses the exhaust gasses to spin a turbine, which then compresses ambient air into the motor. It is basically using energy that would be wasted otherwise to do the same work a supercharger does, but the supercharger takes energy from the engine's rotation BECAUSE IT IS BELT DRIVEN OFF THE CRANK, so it has to rob power to compress the air and make more power. A turbo IS safer at the same power levels.
