i can not turn off the break lights.
has anyone got this problem?
there is no difference if i press the break pedal.
and if i turn off the car and lock it. it still wont go off.

could it be the relay, if so wich one.

i might need the service manual.
where can i find it?

Pete put this in the main board not only the V6 maybe someone there might know, it sound like a ford issue thou.....

You might as well buy a hyanes manual. Check the fuse and relay. I not sure how the new ones are but press the pedal down with your hand and listen for any small click sound. Also check the linkage on the pedal for the switch and make sure it all looks right

Sounds like you have the dreaded leak that
has shorted out your SJB on the passengers
side kick panel. Is your carpet or pad wet
over there? You will have to remove the
door sill and kick panel on the passengers
side to check for moistness. Does your car
smell sour or mildewey?[:@]
