Hello Guys,
I was wondering I was going to do a Y dual from ninosport but I want to keep my FI option open.
Will I need true duals with a X or H pipe if I go FI?

I'm in the same boat. I plan on going FI in the next year or so and just ordered the nino y kit (although I haven't got it on yet). I'm no expert on the subject but I believe it'll be fine without true duals. You will probably see a performance gain with FI and an x or h pipe, but I don't think it's necessary. Besides, when/if I go that route, I'll probably just take it to a muffler shop and have them cut the small y to y part and put a true x in, can't imagine that would cost much.

I wouldn't go with Y, I would go X or H. TheY to Yconversion seems pretty restrictive to me... Two exhaust pipes to one then back to two.I went with a JBA H system.

i dont know much about f/i to be honest but think about it. an x or an h would be alot more free flowing and you would get more power out of it rather then just a split. my opinion is go with an X pipe.

I'm not even going FI.

Doing true duals eliminated my throttle lag and bogging problems.

The name says it all, "Y" would you waste the$?
