sand the plastic with high grit paper and keep going higher in grit till its smooth then polish it. won't be the same but shouldn't look as bad. hey, this is off your subject but i notice in your sig that you have a peripheral ipod adapter. i posted last week about a "DTE FLI DATA ERROR" message in my display. i also have a peripheral adpater but when i took it to the dealership they disconnected my adapter because they thought that it was causing the error. have you had any problems with your adapter? how long have you had it installed? again, sorry for going off subject but this problem has baffled me and i want to reconnect my peripheral. [&:] let me know if the sanding works on your mirror. i had to do it on a minor scratch on my mirror and its no longer noticeable.
