Default I have no idea

a couple weeks ago me and one of my friendswent out and raced, hehas the exact same mustang(v6,2006,auto) except he has a brenspeed tune, cai, and a flowmaster a/t axleback. so we figured he'd win but weren't sure by how much, suprisingly i won by about a car length. we raced again a couple days later at a light and this timei won by 2. so i figured he was just a bad driver but yesterday i pulled up next to another v6 with an axleback, and maybe more, it was also stick, well he had me at the start but as soon as we hit 30 i started catching up really fast and he was in my rearview mirror by 60. any comments as to how this is possible. the only thing i have done to my car is i took off the axle back.

maybe your car is naturally puttin out more horses than the average stock 4.0. even though they are the same engine, it doesn't mean they will always perform exactly the same. Or,it could be something else completely.[>:]

Get your car on a dyno and see what it's really putting down. Otherwise.. those 2 other drivers don't know what the heck they're doing.
