hey Doug, theres a thing called GOOGLE and it will help in this area as well....lol
There is no gains with these but in theory they are supposed to allow better flow of air into the intake.

i have one in my ranger and now my 4banger feels like a F-150!.......uhhh, not really[8D]. didnt notice any diff. but can't say i lost any power either. if it does help, it won't be something you will ever notice.
