However, if the mufflers have the same mounting points why would his hang lower than mine? I'm just wondering if the mufflers can be adjusted to hug closer to the bottom of the undercarriage........

Ya know, it might be a good thing if they hang a little lower.....less chance of them melting something underneath. There was one guy on here with a GT that had a problem after he switched out his exhaust. It melted his tube that runs to the gas tank.

Thanks....nope, it's the same stock bumper. I used the template in the "how to" forum up top to cut it out. Then they applied Motorcraft's Touch-up paint to the edge.

07, looks good! Cut out bumper is the way to go,IMO.... it's more retro.

And I see that you finally have your welts installed ....I just installed mine this morning....here's mine.
