How much boost are you running? Sounds like your leaking boost, or is the turbo that loud?

Only 7 - 7.5 on a base very safe tune, that noise is the wastegate venting to atmosphere..... I am trying different ways to see what sound I like best. It is an after-cat system, so the venting gasses have already passed the cat conv.

You can see how quickly it gets to full boost by timing the shifts and the noise of the wastegate..... really fast 3,200 rmp and it is at full boost.

Venting to the exhaust, makes theBOV louder and quiets the wastegate, but I am liking the way it sounds venting to atmosphere.
