Ive had my Periphrial adapter on for about 5 months with no problem. I have the 30 Gig Ipod.However, it will not work with my daughters nano.
I guess Ill cross my fingers.

i'd say mine acted up after 3 or 4 months. after that, it was an occasional occurance. never was convinced it was the peripheral but now i am.
