RE: Questions about upgrading from a single V6 to a Gt muffler
If you are just swapping the single V6 muffler with a single V8 muffler ... you do not need to trim the rear bumper cover ... it is a simple swap and fits in the existing notch. 100's have done it and is generally the first V6 mod everyone installs.

The GT take-off exhaust is a bolt on, with no modification at all needed. It will fit the V6 bumper with no problem. And it definitely does sound better and is less restrictive than the V6 muffler. It should only take about an hour to an hour and a half to change out!

I'm not very good at video editing, but you can get a taste of the FRPP M5230 GTA muffler:

After 2 hours of searching, Ifound a clip for a single GT exhaust. It sounds really good. Check it out OP.
