Under Product Details, it states:

Warranty Available: Yes

Also, I'm not too concerned about the "*". Nearly all of the rims have the "*", and I'm not sure how those are big polluters. And I'm thinking "50S" gives the ok for all 50 states?

You'll get the part warrantied anyway bonus for you above any other exhaust.
