Shorty Headers

RE: Shorty Headers
the shortie header swap is pretty straight forward, u really cant mess it up, but the cams are very tricky, and presently there are only regrinds available for the car. and the passanger's side cam timing chain isin the rear of the engine, so if u dont have a way to take out the engine or move it foward a bit, its going to be a tight sqeeze.

RE: Shorty Headers
JBA's seem to be the most popular shorties by-far.
Has anyone tried Gibson headers for the 4.0 though?

RE: Shorty Headers
i didnt know tht gibson had headers, by the look of them they look more like tuned headers rather than shorties, which is a plus. i was thinking about swaping out my JBA shorties for the Mac long tubes, and then run the duals from there. i'm also thinking about porting out the intake manifold a bit, and do a port job on the heads too, while trying to still run with the stock cams, but switch out the valves, springs, and retainers too
