I was thinking.....how to make this car a true sleeper.....
I put an axleback Race Pro single exhaust on it today (4" tip)....and it look gaudy......it looks modified.
If I did an X pipe catback dual system......and put a driver side muffler delete undercar......would it change my performance.....???
I'm talking about making it look like an axle back add-on from the back end......but having an X or H pipe......with a shorty muffler on the drivers side.....but still having duals??
Has anyone done this?
Would it cause harmonic drone with a hidden driver-side muffler at a different length than running true duals?
I know if duals are exactly the same length at output....it causes drone.....if you offset distances....even 1/4 inch can cure this problem.....it is all a matter of distance.
Theoretically......this could be a 6-8 RWHP gain that is not visible....and emsissions legal.
Basically....you would be running duals........but drivers side muffler would not be visible under the car.
My exhaust mod today was SOooooo simple......I just wonder how far I can push this exhaust/breathing issue before a tune is required.

just run the duals shorter, like have them not run to the rear of the car. have turn downs or side exit.
