Default I think it's time I did some things to my mustang...help needed

Hey guys, been here for a while just lurking not much posting. You guys do a great job with information about our 4.0s, so I have finally decided to ask for some help.

Here are a few things I would like to do to my Mustang.

1. I'd like to lower it a bit, maybe with Eibach? Any of you that have the kit done, can you share how you feel about them and what's the best price/place to get them from? (Also any pics would be real helpful too)

2. I'd like to get a short throw shifter, Hurst or Steeda? I like the look of Hurst (not so much the white ****, maybe the black), haven't really seen what the steeda looks like with the **** (or does it just fit the factory one?) Also, any pictures or inputs are real helpful. If someone knows the best place/price please share.

3.Another thing I'd like to get is a true dual exhaust system. I was thinking of getting this since it's pretty cheap and seems like a good deal. Any inputs? http://www.rpmoutlet.com/05v6pcb.htm
With the true duals, I'd like to get the GT bumper. What's the best place to get one from and pretty cheap. How do you guys feel about this system? All ideas are welcome.

Last but not least, I been doing some research about the tuners and I just really don't get them. Not to sound stupid or anything, I get how the intake works the C&L, but how does the tuner work? I have never done any work in the past with anything like this so Im quite unfamiliar. What do I need? Best place/price to get it from and how would I do it myself, also will it void the warranty?

Once again, any help is welcome and thanks in advance.

Holy ****!~
1 Vogtlands drop about 1 1/4 inch lowering these things is very easy!
2 Hurst
3 True duals won't add MUCH power but it will make the sound slightly better. STAY AWAY from RPM outlet, very far away.
4 Very first thing to do is get a tune. I went with Tunable Inductions which is a forum sponsor and it cost about $525 for the kit.....worth every penny.

Now, do a lil research and read the sticky's they really work, really don't hesitate to give them a shot.
Before lowering:
