magnetic seatbelt hook/strap thing...
i'm talking about that magnetic thing that is supposed to hold the seatbelt closer to your seat and is located on the lower side of the seat next to the back lever. Mine is not doing a good job of holding on to the seatbelt. pops off pretty easily. the magnet doesnt even sit flush inside the metel thing. Does anyone else have this issue or no one minds having to dislocate your shoulder to grab your seatbelt everytime?

yep they all suck, although I thought they went from magnets to snaps in 06, but clearly not the case by looking at your car.
I dont understand how manufactures can overlook things like this. Mine will not stay attached even if I don't run the seatbelt through it.

What are you talking about?
I have an 07 and dont have anything like that on my seats.
My seatbelt slips back behind the seat every time and I have reach back and strain my shoulder to grab it. It's a pain in the *** - and shoulder.
I much preferred my 96 with the plastic "runner" attached to the headrest that held the seatbelt close at all time. The new models should have no less.

Can you snap a pic? I had my seats redone from cloth to leather right after taking delivery of my car and I don't have anything like what you describe...I wonder if it was part of my original upholstery that isn't duplicated on my leather.
+1 on the pain in the shoulder. I usually have to reach back with my right arm to grab the belt because I can't twist my left arm hard enough to snag it most of the time.

I would recommend taking it to the dealer under warranty. It's a safety issue, it should be covered. Never seen a TSB on it though, but doesn't mean they won't fix it.
