I think any business will get folks who love 'em and those who hate 'em. Speaking from first hand experience, I know that the best way to contact them is by phone. Sometimes Fred has to call me back cuz they're busy, and it might take a day or so for him to do that. Fred PO'd a few people here a while back by making some pretty bold statements. Regardless, his tuner/CAI packages are a good value and I am pleased with the results.

I'd recommend them. Can't go back to stock, let along 87 octane. Make me itch for a V8 too though.

Fred is a very nice dude. Overnighted me a replacement tuner when my X-cal II arrived DOA. I spoke with him on the phone and AIM. I actually felt bad for bothering him so late at night, it was around 12AM at his shop, but he was an excellent sport. It's hard to find someone that backs their product now-a-days, Fred at Evolution Perf. does!

I'd recommend. Good service and fast delivery.

The whole process was smooth. I called and the order didn't take too long. He also answered some questions I had, didn't seem to be in a rush. Fred told me an aprox. date when I would be getting the package and I got it around that time.
