I bought a Magellan Maestro 3100 from Radio Shack for believe $180 on sale. It's touch screen with voice as well,also has a slot for an SD card (haven't read the directions so no idea what's going on with that,lol). It's been an awesome unit!

I went with a Garmin Nuvi 250W. It is a 4.3" touch screen/widescreen display. Right now it's on sale through Costco Online for $299.99.

I use the Sprint Navigation on my phone. Which ever one you get make sure it has a 3D map option. I'm pretty that the one I have is designed for men... She's always telling me where turn after I've already passedthe street and then gets annoyed with me when I don't follow her directions...
