Are you talking about the False Gas Cap Medallion on the back where your key lock is?

I've seen some guys on here replace it with some cool custom ones. Not sure, but I think it's just stuck on.

The center gas cap is attached with 3M tape. I have found the easiest way to remove 3M attached items is with fishing line and a hair drier. First gently heat up the peice to be removed with the hair drier. This will soften the tape. Once warm, pull the fishing line through the tape. Reheat if needed. This will take some time. Then use some rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining tape residue.

I hope this helps.

Yes, so you will want to cover it, or fill and paint.

My plans are to remove the factory spoiler weld in those holes, Weld in the alignment holes and keyhole. Go with a CDC ductail and mold it in.
