No problems whatsoever. I read somewhere that youcan't lower your car when using these rims though. But there are no rubbing issues at all.

The "problem" is the offset ...they push the wheel/tire beyond the wheel opening

I wouldn't say "past" the wheel well, more like even with. I actually like the look it gives. I had them on my 99 mustang and wanted to get spacers to get them moved out a little more. I have that look now without spacers.
