EDIT: After weighing out the costs, I'm NOT going to order the 3 pack, I'm just going to order the 91 torque tune, and if I like it, I may go with two other tune if it is a significant enough improvement.

I currently have VMP tunes on XCal2 running on my V6. 87 mileage, 89 Perf, and 91 Perf.

I'm curious about Bama's tunes, so I'm gonna order the 3 pack from Doug. 87 Performance, 91 torque, and 91 race.
I'll update you guys after I try the 91 race tune, and the torque tune.

I hope their is enough of a difference in the performance of the car that I feel I didn't waste $185.00
Let me know if you guys have done the same thing, so I don't waste my money with negligable performance gains. No mods other than the CAI and VMP tunes currently.

I'm gonna order them right now at 11:40pm on Wednesday, hopefully he'll have them ready and emailed to me by Friday....I got a date out in Laguna Beach, and I kinda want the steed to buck up lol!

pretty sure you will be dissappointed for spending the money, there wouldnt be enough between Dougs or Justins tune unless you get it on the dyno, they have both done pretty well with the base tunes,

I think the torque tune will have more down low power that u will feel on the streets. If that's where u do most of ur driving(0-60mph), I'd say just stick with the torque tune. But if u do a lot of highway too, u want the race tune to get the best of both worlds. If u just want highway power, then don't get any tunesand stick with ur vmp performance tune.

i have bamma's 87 perf, 91 torq and 91 race. the torq tune is very peppy on the streets but so is the race[>:]. very fun to drive. i have no experience with VMP tunes but i've read good things that are comparable to bamma's tunes. i'm sure there is a difference but doubt it would be anything noticeable. maybe the torq is the only tune worth getting from bamma since you already have the VMP perf.
