Default Areas to snag power other than lighting?

unfortunately i realized that splicing the constant from the parking lights meant a slight loss in power to the driver side lights. Is there anywhere else i can run an external power line to another constant? (i.e the horn, fuse box, battery.)

thank in advance

I'd go after the horn, personally.

What are you trying to do anyway?

I recently installed a set of Fog lights for my v6 mustang. i had spliced the parking lamp constant on the drivers side and that in turn dimmed the driver side lights. my dad says that wont matter for inspection purposes but itd be annoying for me to subconsciously know that my lights are retarded

The instructions didn't give you something to splice into?

yea the instructions said to splice the parking lamps, which we did. everything works just the driver side is dimmer than the passenger side, id like to avoid splicing the parking lamps to solve that problem..

Did you use a relay or go direct? You should only be using the parking lamp signal to close a relay... NOT power the lights.
