Default hp gain w/duals?

i have the roush dual exhaust off of an 06 stage 2, and i am using a Y pipe conversion kit, so they are not "true Duals" BUT am i gaining any performance, or just the kick-butt sound??

you should be pretty much at the same performance level as the true duals and even single high flow for that matter. true duals on our N/A's are mostly for sound. Performance potential is there if we go F/I. if you stay N/A, you should be good. i must say though, my car does pull pretty nice at high rpms with my true duals. if anything, it beneifts the high end more than the low end. but thats why i have my torq tune loaded.....its all good now....[8D].

cool, thanks for the info. it just read mixed threads about people gaining hp with gt take-offs, so i would assume i get the same because roush replaces the gt's with my mufflers. i guess i need to get my tune and cai!!!!!

A tune is basically a must for any kind of preformance with these cars. It really does wake the car up.

either diablo or sct. both are the standard. i have the diablo and it works great for me. no issues whatsoever. BUT, more tuners seem to be using sct only. bamma for example works, with both. good luck with your tuner.
