I was planning on buying my Hurst shifter from them, based on price, but when I put the item in my cart the price was $24 higher! I tried to call them, but couldn't get through, so went elsewhere, so glad I did.
On a positive note, I recently purchased an SCT Livewire tuner and BBK CAI from AmericanMuscle.com. When their tune guy saw the BBK, he had them call me to let me know that even though it says it fits the 2006 on the BBK website and the box, it really only works on the 2005. I called, they issued an RMA immediately andsent me a UPS label via email. Excellent customer service (proactive even, which is unusual).

i guess i was lucky to not have a problem with rpm. i bought my tuner/cai from them and got my shipment on the estimated delivery date. however, this was 2 years ago and they could have taken a fat dump since or i was just one of the fortunate few. i also ordered my exhaust kit from v6mustangstuff with no probs. any issues with them or was i also lucky again with this vendor? i plan on ordering headers and gears from them in the near future.

I had no problems w/my gears,t-lok, and tuner from rpm. And I had no problem w/my JBAgt-axelback or JBA shorty headers from v6mustangstuff. You should be fine!

about 8 months ago ordered a jba header pypes package and got tuner cai pulley package.paid 26.00 to send the wrong stuff back. they did put the money back in my bank account and send me the right stuff with no extra shipping charges.heard lots of bad stories though. if we order from them now we call to make sure stuff is in stock. american muscle is a great place with good service.
