so yeah with the accident that i had... both cars infront of me are saying that they felt that they both got hit twice.... sooo its two against one.. and i think all this is going to get pinned on me....

Thanks, i just found it as well, from what it sounds like you should be fine, unless something gets completly twisted. I wouldn't worry too much anyway, and if you get blamed, fight it with all you got.also, the police report should already be written, so as long as thats on your side, you should be good. keep us posted, and good luck.

just never claim that you are at fault, that always can get used against you. just don't say it was your fault and if you got rear-ended, that's 80% never your fault.

yeah cuz i know i didnt hit them twice.... it was a 4 car accident... i was the third car... and the two cars infront of me both are saying they got hit twice... and my friend told me that they can sue me for a large sum of money... thats like the only thing im worried about is getting sued.

YOU were rear-ended so how could you be at fault? Anything after she hits you is NOT your fault, its all hers. It was a chain reaction,so she is responsible for the damage to all 3 cars(at least in this universe). Talk to your insurance agent. Don`t worry. Stay well. PLUS how could the 1st car get hit twice!

I'm kinda upset myself. My girlfriend decided to drive my car from her friend's back to my house (two blocks) without adjusting the seat. She's about ten inches shorter than me so she probably should've done it. When I met her back at my house she was sitting at the table by my porch not even looking up. I asked her what happened and she told me she hit a two foot tall curb and trashed my rim and my tire was completely messed up. She actually thought I was going to get violent or something. I told her it was just a car, it wasn't a big deal and the tire was fine, had a VERY small gash in the outer wall but I drove 300 miles on it tonight and it's fine and the scrape/scratch in the rim got dremeled out by me earlier today. She's ok, I'm ok, my car still runs and that's what matters. Now she doesn't want to touch my car. I consider it a personal win.
