Default Im back and new CAI

Well some might remember me i joined back when i bought a new 07 4.0 mustang. I finaly made it home from over seas and jsut tongiht was working on my new k&n CAI. I wasnt able to finish due to it getting dark and there is no car port. Well anyway ill have pics up when im done tomarow. Im looking forward to the new toy and i also have a Hypertech "power programer". Ill be back with pics tomarow.

Here are the pics now that im done. As you can see its hard to keep the tires clean due to me living out in the woods.

looks very nice. the chrome end cap on the filter is my favorite part. k&n always makes quality products. i bet if they made an intake with a 3" inlet tube from TB to filter with the same soft curves that yours has, it would be a TOP performer in the "must-tune" intake category. hmmm...... maybe k&n needs to get pushed to make one

Yes I did actualy. That was the first thing I did after putting on was taking the car for a drive. I felt the extra power and then with the tune there was added power aswell. Its nothing major but you can still tell and more HP is more HP . Next is JBA headers and and exhaust system.

Not sure about the tunes but you can change octane but only the basic octanes. IE: 93 87 Theres stuff to change the rpm limiter and top speed limiter. Im still learing about it seeing as i jsut got it.
