Default Should Altezza's be banned on new mustangs?

I was driving on I-90 heading into Seattle and I saw a 2007 Ford Mustang with clear Altezza lights and APC stickers all over it...... WHY?

Altezza's and stickers? Brutal.

I saw somebody with a V6 the other night weaving in and out through traffic at high speed, tailgating everyone ridiculously, just driving like a total ricer douchebag in general.

Sadly there isn't a screening process to keep the ricer ******** and their obsession with altezza's out of our Mustangs.
