the biggest problem is the clearance
All I can suggest is keep at them, send emails/letters to Cervinis management and make it polite but clear that you participate in online Mustang forums, and will be quite vocal inreveaing your customer service experience with them, good or bad (taking a simple return from a very unsatisfied customer is going to cost them a lot less overall than a heap of visible online complaints).

I had a problem with another exhaust vendor, and had to go as high as the company president to get actual assistance...

well how is the sound? if your pleased with look and sound, then i would take it to a muff shop, as i stated earlier, and have them weld it strong and fabricate some solid brackets. the clearance issue should have been a foreseen one and something you will just have to deal with, assuming you keep the setup. i'm sure your clearance issues are no different than those with lowered cars and chin spoilers galore. good luck man.

You already used the parts, how can you demand anything? It is unfair when people buy something, use it, scratch it up, then demand their money back. You bought the product, and even though it may not be what you expected, thats part of the problem with buying things online.

cervinis is only online, and beside that they have no specs on their site about sound, look, or how low, AND i have the 3rd kit in the nation.......talk about test dummy....
