traction control ???

RE: traction control ???
Traction control has nothing to do with supplying power to the rear wheels. It keeps the rear wheels from spinning on slippery surface`s. Our V-6 Mustangs unfortunately come with open rear ends(one wheel will have power). On aSLIPPERY surface(rain, ice, snow) both wheelsCAN spin but tractioncontrol will apply the brakes to keep them from spinning. If you want power to both wheels you will need T-Lock.

My first is right on the money… Traction Control was designed in conjunction with ABS. You will have sensors on all four wheels and when one of these sensors indicates that one wheel is traveling at a different speed than the others the Traction Control computer will reduce or increase power to the others. In short, during take off the computer will see your will spin as a slide or hydroplane and possible apply brake pressure to the wheels in order to slow the car down and keep it straight.

RE: traction control ???
The idea makes sense, I had been under the impression that if the computer sensed slipping it would reduce power to that wheel (by using ABS) but continue to supply power to the rest--or other wheel. So unfortunately T-lock it is. !Time to buy another mod!
Thanks for the help guys.
