actually wickerbill is right. any reps ive talked to about exhaust have said ford did our cats right. nothing cheap or crappy about them. and they flow pretty damn close to hiflo cats for being stockers. 300cfm compared to 400. not too shabby.

RE: Is anyone running a v6 engine with hi-flow cats?
I'm going to change the original idea to not poorly constructed but poorly designed. the type of metal inside the cats is irrelevant. now lane 40 said our cats are proper cats and that has more to do with the construction/design. This is a relevant point, not a laundry list of how interesting the part is.
I'm can't help but be a little disapointed (but pleased at the same time). If our cats are made right that's going to have the situation of finding superior sounding/preforming aftermarket cats be a more difficult job.
I'd appreciate if you made a new video of your car, it would be cool droptop6.
