Default Long Tube vs Short Tube

Whats the difference in performance between the two?

Longtubes flow better than shorties and will make for power. Back pressure is lost with the longtubes and we loose a little low and midrange power. If you were to go F/I then longtubes would be a good choice. I've also heard that the longtubes don't sound as good as the shorties on our cars but maybe that was because they were MACs. SW will be coming out with some longtubes for our cars and I'm interested how they will perform.

there just isnt enough exit gases being made by a N/A 4.0 to make long tubes beneficial. they do, however, compliment F/I.
