I don't know about the 8.8 with an X-Charger, it might be over kill. The X is giong to put out about 300# of torque max and a 7.5 can handle it. An 8.8 weighs about 70# more than a 7.5 and that will translate to almosta 10th of a second in the 1/4.

I bought this car two years ago, had finnancing through the dealer for the wheels, and I got the Body kit for a few hundred minus paint. Plus I made a lot more money back then.

Anyways thanks for the reccomendations. I'm going to go with true dual exhaust and a good CAI for now. I'm just not ready to invest that much money yet, so we will see how this goes, hopefully I will be happy with the car.

As far as a tune I have the Diablo sports tuner that I got with my GT that I just sold, will that work to tune my v6?

Thanks, Brad

My question would be is why did you dump the 400hp GT? Id go with exhaust mods and cai w/tune. all under 2000 with a tiny increase in HP.
x2 Also wondering this. It's gonna take a bit of work to even get to 300hp.

I couldn't sell my v6 for three months, the market is far too saturated. My GT was unique enough that I was able to sell it at a small profit. I was sick of two car payments a month.
