Default P.I.E. FRD04-aux adaptor

Just purchased the P.I.E FRD04 aux port for my 06 mustang. Can someone let me know where they hooked the 12 volt wire and ground to make this device work. If someone has instructions, please let me know.

I just did this last weekend. I had some vampire clamps laying around so I tapped into the cig lighter right above. The hot wire is the one that attaches at the bottom/back of the lighter. I just grounded the other wire to a metal bracket inside the dash. So far so good, but I've heard that some people tap into the stereo for power. I used to have the Peripheral unit which didn't require any wire tapping, but it freaked out the dash, so I bought one of these used off of EBay.

I just got mine installed at Best Buy while I was working there for the day. Figured I'd just let the pros go at it. Make sure you get the male RCA connectors before diving in, you're SOL without them. I got a 7 foot Monster cable for $10 (normally $40) after my employee discount, and the sound quality is amazing. I had them run it under the center consol and up through that little hole covered up by that square plastic piece...great location, and easy to hide the Ipod when parked.

I installed this over summer and I used the cig lighter thing for the 12V and then i grounded it on the bottom of the stereo where there is metal.
