Default Cruise control working in cold weather?

Anyone had a problem with their cc not turning on in cold weather. Mine worked fine until the temp started dropping. Now it will work after about 20 minutes. My only other guess is I ran an mp3 player through tha aux plug but I hope that isn't it. Any hints?

Manual or Automatic? I have a manual, and had the same thing happening. It ended up being a bad cruise control limiter switch on the clutch. It was totally covered by warranty.

Thanks for the input. It's only about 40 tonight but I am also wondering if my mp3 player caused this? I just got it and tonight I made sure to pull the aux plug out before starting and the cc worked fine. Any hints on that note?

Not sure about the aux plug, although I did use one before it all happened, haven't since cause it's in storage for the winter. Mine didn't work in the morning until I had been driving for 15-20 minutes. After that it worked fine. I was sure it was linked to the cold weather too. On warmer days it would work fine, when it was cold and damp it wouldn't work. I got frustrated and took it in to the dealership. They didn't say anything about using an aux cable...
