New here, with a couple of ?s
In about a month I am going to be purchasing my first mustang. I have NEVER owned a ford, well I had a 05 mercury mountaineer, but all my vehicles have been chevrolets. I have owned many z28's and corvettes. Can you give me a little advice on the stang. Is the power in a v6 decent? I plan on getting one and putting the eleanor body kit on. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if the car is only for street use with no plans to race all the time, the V6 power is plenty for the roads. of course there will always be GT elitist who bash a V6, but they are easily ignored

Same with the camaro. I have never owned a v6 camaro but people were bashed for it. Camaro drivers are total butts anyways. Not bashing the camaro because we have owned 8

If you concerned about power and 1/4 mile times, then you should get theGT if it is feasible for you. If you want a car that looks good and runs well then get the V6. If you get the V6 and decide down the road you want to add more power, you can add a supercharger to your car. By doing so, it could beat most stock GT's.
It all depends how much you want to spend.....granted, there are some great deals out there on both models.
Happy shopping!
