New... Just wanted to post pictures
Hey guys.... new here and wanted to post some pictures of my car. Hope these work.
Front- 235/50 Toyo Proxes 4 tires on 18 x 8 AMP TSUKUBA
Rear- 255/45 Toyo Proxes 4 tires on 18 x 9.5 AMP TSUKUBA
The car rides different, but I've not even taken it out yet. I drove it from the shop back home and its been in the garage since. Anyway, I really like it and thought I'd throw a photo up in case anyone else was looking at this type wheel/tire combo.

For some retarded reason this forum uses case sensitive criteria for linking images. The upper case [IMG] tags that photobucket uses has to be changed to lowercase [img] for the picture to link correctly.
It looks good. What rims are you running?

Thanks guys... wife and I really like it.
Pantera,
I'm running Les Schwab (west coast tire store) AMP- TSUKUBA wheels. They are exclusive to Les Schwab, but their made in China like most are. The set up cost me $1925.00, including the lug nuts.
Tsukuba is a race track in Japan, but I'm not sure if that is where they got the name from???
Satin,
Can't afford a kit now. I doubt I'll go that route, as I really like it as is.
Thanks!!!

[sm=smiley20.gif] Looks great.
It's funny to me that everybody now-a-days want to lower their cars when back in the muscle car era everybody wanted to jack the back end up. IMO I think rear of the s197 could used lowered a little bit but simply personal preference. But for the money, I'll never do mine either.
Post more pictures if you'd like, we all like pictures, especially a clean one this time of the year.
