Default Back in the shop again!!

My wife's 2007 mustang is back in the shop. It has what seems to be rear brakes locking up on it. It only happens first thing in the morning after having sat overnight. The dealer replaced the rear calipers on it last time, and now they are replacing the brake lines. I have a feeling thatthe problemconnected to the e-brake, but the dealer mechanic thinks it is something else. SO... we will see if this does any good. Any ideas out there?? By the way this car has only 4500 miles on it.
thanks

I believe the e-brake cables have had problems with condensation freezing in them and locking up the rear brakes. Good luck with the dealership hopefully they can properly diagnose and fix the problem.

here is a link to a current owner having a similar issue

Thanks for the info. I will see if the dealer will look into this for me.

Just an update... They changed the e-brake cables and it seems to be fixed.

Good luck now...
I've had no issues with my car whatsoever.
I'd hate to make trips to the dealer for the same problem all the time[8D].

Try not using the eBrake and see if they still lockup.
No lock-up probably means its the eBrake causing
the problems.

It has been warmer lately but so far the problem has not resurfaced. I hope the E-brake cables did the trick.
thanks again for the support
