you can safely expect at least 8hp gain, assuming the aero turbine is well made. 8hp might be a lot on a 4 banger but it might not be too noticeable in our 4.0's. the biggest difference will be the awesome sound and at WOT. good luck with it dude.

I went from a Magnaflow to an Aero-Turbine... I definitely felt a difference with the butt dyno... in fact it was so noticable in the upper RPMs I thought my butt dyno was broke... so i actually took the car over to Alternative Auto and put it on the dyno.. sure enough the dyno showed that I did pick up some HP over the Magnaflow (which we know is better than stock... )

Here's the dyno sheet:

I've got about 800 miles with my aero turbine now, and it does feel a little faster in the higher rpms.
It sounded a little on the high pitched side when i first installed it but has gotten deeper and more agressive sounding. nice rumble below 3k rpm too.

this is good info for those who doubt the possible exhaust gains. i know not all muffs will be as good but its def possible with a quality exhaust setup.

you will feel the gain, then if you are like me you will feel the need to change axlebacks after about 300-400 miles

I felt a bit of an improvement in acceleration on mine... moreso at the high end as far as I can tell. I love the low rumble but once you get past 3k rpms it can be a bit much. No matter what, though, it'll definitely get you attention.
