What do you do to start from a stand still with a manual?
when you guys take off from a stand still do you release the clutch and press the gas in one continuous motion or do you kinda blip the gas a few times then release the clutch?
I find the car likes it better if I blip the gas a couple of times, get it up to 2k or so, then as the rpms drop I release the clutch....sometimes I find I have to feather the gas and clutch a bit to get a smooth take off
I am not talking about racing either...just your normal take off from a red light
I find if I do it all in one smooth motion the tranny kinda clunks...seems like it doesnt like that

learn to get it up smoothly to about 1700 rpms (and dont let them drop)and let it out lightly.
once you get that also learn the engagement point of your clutch so you can have it ready to let out with just a little gas.
go to an empty parking lot and learn how to get your car rolling witout using the gas, and then start using the gas as a variable.
