You aren't strange, I get 29-31 on the highway at 70-75. City sucks, I get like 16 mpg, although most of my trips are short.

I get 20-25 in mixed driving on the way to work. I get 30 on the highway. That is almost always normal flat roads city/highway driving. Ask people what type of driving they do when they post their mileage, because going uphill one way, and downhill another way is not an accurate measurement of fuel economy.

nope, the difference is really small. if gas mileage is what your looking for, i'd check out the lighter japanese compact coupes.

If gas is on your mind - a Mustang is not for you.

Go get a Civic Si if you want a sporty car that doesn't take much gas.

Dont get the mustang for gas mileage, Highway is decent ( I get around 26) but the city suxxxxx (around 16-17)
