Default '06 Unknown part! PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello fellow mustang lovers. My name is chaz and I am new to the forums. I love driving my v6 mustang, but unfortunately I have had an accident which does not let me do that anymore. I straddled a median in a bank parking lot. What happened was that the car cleared everything up to the engine cradle, which caught and got pushed back. The cradle needs to be replaced, along with the rack and pinion and 2 "mystery parts." This is what I need help with. These two parts are where the engine cradle connects and they have been pushed back and bent up. They are on each side underneath the front floorboard. I have included pictures. I would really really appreciate anyone who could tell me what these parts are and how I could get these. I beg of you, help me please! This is the only thing holding up me fixing my baby!
This is "part a"
This is where both parts are from.
Another, vertical view from where they are extracted
same
part a again
part a again
part b (sorry only one picture)

It shouldn't be hard to do, you could find a replacement piece at a junk yard or something. If you want it done the right way, albeit pricey, you could bring it to Ford. Is there a part number stamped on either piece? If so, it's as easy as a phone call. Hope you get it fixed, I hate to see mustangs not running.

Good advice. If you don't contact Ford, then have your body shop handle it (unless this is a self-repair). Good luck!

Unfortunately there is no part number stamped into these parts.
Where exactly is "ford"? Where is the mustang plant? I mean I'm sure there's a machine somewhere stamping these two parts out at this moment, I just dont know where.

Well I have good news and I have bad news. The good news is that I called a very large ford dealer around here and their parts expert told me that it is apart of the frame rail assymbly. The bad news is that in order to get these two little parts I have to buy the whole assymbly which is $450 for each side.
