Be a little more specific...Are you saying that when you re-plug in the tuner again, and get to the "load tunes" screen, press select, and there are no more tunes to upload? Your stock tune should at least be on there.

Hmmm...Interesting. I wouldn't mess with it much more, just return it back to stock tune, then call Doug and explain the situation to him. I'm sure he'd work with you to get the tunes to you. When I got my VMP tune, I recieved some software in which I can upload various tunes via USB cable.

well thats just the thing. the tunes that seem to have been deleted are tunes from Justin at VMP.

What do you mean just got from Doug? Was this an email tune that you uploaded to the tuner, that previously had the other tunes installed? Were both of the previous 87 tunes from VMP? My understanding of the xcal 2 I have, is that it erases tunes in it when you upload new tunes, and the software provides no way of backing up the tunes that you previously had.
But, I'm by far no expert, but this issue is one that I found on the forums before I bought mine.

well the software looked as if i could simply replace one of my previous tunes with the new one. if this is not the case, and replacing an old one with a new one from a different company deletes all three, then i guess i'm just screwed!
