Do whatever makes you smile first. Performance is great, but I went with looks first.

I did a little of both to mine, Igot my exhaust first, then I got my cold air intake, andI tinted my windows. The next thing Im doing is getting it tuned to run on 91 performance from vmp. IMO, I would choose performance over looks, just cuz our mustangs turns heads even when they are stock.

from the mods in ur sig it sounds like it looks good already... if i were in ur shoes i would just get a tuner combofrom either bama or vmp to finish ur performance and then focus on looks... cuz all u said was i want it to look and sound great... soo it seems to me like u prefer it to look hard as opposed to running hard so a tune and a traction lock should be sufficient for your performanceand then looks is all preference but i would start wit some louvers and a chin spoiler or something

CAI/tuner is a must for a mustang, before anything else. It's just not safe to drive otherwise. I'd recommend the GT take off next, since it is both performance and appearance (sound). Then up to you, although I'd say appearance since it's cheaper.

I went appearance first as you can tell, I never really had plans for performance. I will slowly build it up to be ready for a S/C, but i will get a CAI/Tune instead for now which is next, which is what you should do, then do what you can afford and what you like.
